Eligibility
To return: products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the withdrawal period. Opened or used products may not be eligible for hygiene reasons.
Return Process
Contact us at contact@vaklymerghim.world to initiate a return. We will provide return instructions. You bear the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The same payment method used for purchase will be credited.
Faulty Products
